Hallmark Card Studio 2012 ReviewI have owned and used Hallmark Card Studio 2010, 2011, and now 2012. Overall it's pretty good software, I keep using it, but it has some problems which carry over from one edition to the next. It has become easier to use, takes some skill but once you catch on it works well. In the 2012 version there's a new labelmaker feature added, with some graphics. I tried making Christmas labels (standard Avery type), it would not print an entire page of 30 labels, only one. I was using it correctly, following directions. I ended up exporting the label file into another labelmaker program, something I should never have to do. I sent Hallmark an e-mail in their Help section, asking them to look into it, and make the needed upgrades to correct it. No response from Hallmark. Guess customer service, even when a problem is pointed out, is a thing of the past! At least they could have e-mailed me. A company like Hallmark should be getting 5* reviews here every year.
