Do not buy this if you are planning to just install on a system that you purchased or a pre built system. I contacted customer service and they were not aware of it so I contacted Microsoft and Microsoft stated "return the disc to the company, you can not use it unless you are a system builder". Waited the shipping time and everything for this to install it on a family members machine and now we are stuck waiting again.
Amazon customer service was on the ball in terms of trying their best to get this resolved. They have managed to get me set up for an expedited refund and an expedited solution. I am crossing my fingers that this time it is what I needed.
