CALENDAR CREATOR DELUXE V12.1 (WIN XP,VISTA,WIN 7) ReviewHaving had and used previous versions of Calendar Creator, I was glad to see a new version. I bought this from office Max and when I installed on my XP computer, it corrupted a couple of files on my Calendar Creator 12.0 version. I was hoping that this new version would have updated event lists so that moon phases and holidays would be updated to correct dates. Installation went just fine, but the program would not open. Instead, i get a notification of a problem with the configuration file. I uninstalled and installed again. Same problem. Then I uninstalled again and attempted to open up my current Calender Creator 12.0 version and it was now corrupted. But, thankfully it asked for my install disc to recover a missing file. I used my 12.0 disc to recover my old program. I then called the customer service number and after being on hold for over 20 minutes I hung up and accessed their website. I sent an inquiry listing the problem that I encountered and waited a couple of days for response. None received. I sent another inquiry and still nothing. I purchased this product on Nov 2 and to this day, Nov 24, I have not had the courtesy of a response from this company and after reading other comments regarding the bad response experienced from this company, I can say that you would be foolish to purchase this product and expect any kind of support, It is not available.CALENDAR CREATOR DELUXE V12.1 (WIN XP,VISTA,WIN 7) OverviewWant to learn more information about CALENDAR CREATOR DELUXE V12.1 (WIN XP,VISTA,WIN 7)?
