QuickBooks Premier Industry Editions 2011 - ReviewI purchased Quickbooks Premier 2011 for my small business. We were having issues installing it, so we called support, which is a call center located overseas. They have a hard time understanding my problems because of the language barrier and eventually they tell me the solution is to upgrade to Quickbooks Enterprise (several thousand dollars more)because my company file is too large for Premier. I agreed to give it a try because they said they would refund my money if I was unhappy with it. After purchasing Enterprise, we are STILL having problems with the software working on one of our computers - it continues to crash throughout the day and after a whole week of troubleshooting with the overseas support, they can't figure it out and we finally demanded speaking to a service rep in the United States. The service rep in the US said we really didn't need Quickbooks Enterprise - it was overkill because our company file was actually 1/10th the size of a company file for Enterprise. So we got sold on an unnecessary upgrade. We decided to request our money back and then were told that Quickbooks Enterprise Files cannot be converted back to Quickbooks Premier - they cannot "downgrade" backup files. So now we are stuck. For now on, I'm only buying software that has support in the US. That is my biggest complaint about Quickbooks - you try to call for help but the language barrier prevents you from accomplishing anything and now the product still doesn't work properly, they can't fix it, and we've spend so much time and money trying to resolve this.QuickBooks Premier Industry Editions 2011 - Overview
