Norton 360 version 5.0 Premier (3 User) ReviewThe products works.There are problems installing on a computer with a previous Norton version already installed. Norton makes installlation appear easy in their instructions, however, they don't tell you that you need to uninstall the previous version before installing the new version. So you follow the installation instruction provided in the box and it doesn't install. Then you call the Customer Service number in India and they tell you that you have to uninstall the earlier version before you can install the new version. To do that you must download Norton Uninstall, perform the uninstall and then you can install the new version. It took at least 45 minutes to do this.
It is a flaw that could be avoided if the instructions were written properly and included the uninstall program with the new version. Once installed Norton 360 works fine.
