Rack 2 Filer V5.0 ReviewTake careful note of the complaints from others about non existent customer service on this product. This software has the makings of a fabulous product, but it is rendered useless by ZERO customer service. I own V4.0 from a previous scanner purchase. We needed an additional scanner so I contacted customer service to ask about compatibility between V4 and V5. Customer service could not be reached and my email question was completely ignored.
This is not cheap software. There is no excuse for customers to be treated so disrespectfully. If you think there is any possibility you might need customer support for this product, do not buy it. Customer support does not exist. Such a pity, for this could have been a great companion product to an excellent scanner.Rack 2 Filer V5.0 Overview
