Sage ACT Pro 2012 - Includes 1 hour ACT 101 training webinar held weekly ReviewI have used Sage ACT! 2009, and 2011 and 2012. The product is good oksay, not very expensive, and customizable. I just purchased ACT! 2012 a few weeks ago and planning on returning it.
I have now been on hold for one hour and 20 minutes. Over an issue that was caused by their tech support a few days ago when they tried to help me install the program.
Furthermore the sync with Outlook 2010 does not work property. It wiped out a lot of my outlook data. I did have a backup. I had to buy Companion link. It works most of the time but locks up frequently.
Sage is a horrible company to deal with! They push you in circles when you call for customer support. Their customer support is overseas. They are hard to understand and want to start by arguing with you. Very very frustrating.
I will find another CRM with better customer support. Don't buy this product.
