I received the package and it had a DVD that had printing on the DVD "Only use this DVD to reinstall the operating system on a
Dell PC". The way I read it, I'd be in violation if I were to install the product from this shipped DVD regardless of key. The shipment included a cut-out label with the product key and it also stated Dell on it. Since I already own a Retail copy of the product, I used my own DVD for the install and used the product key from the shipped label. After activation, it indicated this was an OEM key. If you don't know, OEM means you can never move the product to any other computer while Retail means you can un-install from one PC and reactivate in another. If you try and install on another computer, you'd have to speak with Microsoft and they'd tell you this product was for a new dell. Not only will they not help you move it, they may deactivate your existing key. So "Full Version" does not mean Full Retail version.
