This was the first time I purchased a computer and was disappointed that they sent a stripped out operating system. After I installed the upgrade, I was not impressed: what has Microsoft been doing for the last ten years? They're selling cheap, stripped down versions of their software, so they can make money on the upgrades. Icons and graphics are large and the layout is inefficient. On a small netbook with a limited screen size this is a nuisance.
