Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas ReviewIn my opinion, the movie was horrible piffle. However, this game displays 'nice' graphics, with no 'blood-letting' so that it is safe for the whole family. That is, unless swordplay is a no-no in your household. There are a huge variety of moves (over a dozen) to use in combat. Many different types of 'power-ups' and weapons to utilize as well. Gameplay is both on the high-seas and land. Nice water graphics (with some specail options for pentium 4 owners). Good soundtrack, and lots of battling 'demons'. This takes up a relatively small amount of hard-drive space, requires very little ram, and plays out in a far more creative way than the movie ever did. Not the greatest pirate adventure I've played, but, if you're into combat, this is a lot of fun, Matey.Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas OverviewSinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas take you an the epic adventure from the popular Disney animated film!

Tiger Eye Curse Of The Riddle Box Review"Tiger Eye: Curse of the Riddle Box" is based on a novel by New York Times bestselling author Marjorie M. Liu. The cut scenes tell the story of Dela releasing an ancient warrior who was magically imprisoned in the riddle box, and the two them trying to escape assassins sent by the entity who had originally binded him.
The first time I played it, I watched through all of the cut scenes to enjoy the engaging story. On my numerous replays, I skip the cut scenes to get right to the puzzles.
The real strength of this game is in the puzzles. There are some hidden-object scenes which are nicely done and very much part of the storyline. Then there is a wonderful variety of mini-games -- creating words, decoding messages, unscrambling images, matching objects, forming patterns -- plus a "bejeweled" type of game you play when Dela needs to get a psychic reading from an object. (One of the puzzles, in which you need to put the pieces of a dragon image in their proper place by rotating by column or row, is a bit too challenging for me, I've never solved that one.)
Since I tried "Tiger Eye", I've downloaded and played a handful of other puzzle games and haven't found any with the variety and replay-value of this one.
The growing romantic relationship between Dela and the warrior might be a bit suggestive for children.
My only complaint is that this is Part I. The game ends with a preview of the story in Part II and I don't know when it will be out!Tiger Eye Curse Of The Riddle Box Overview
